Small Bites of Knowledge

During the Fall semester, I had the opportunity to take “Writing and Theory Practice.” This course made me view what happens in a classroom in a new light. From teaching ESL students to different rubrics, I grew as a student and as a scholar. For the final project, we did a collective class project to bring our diverse talents and topic interests to one platform. We create the website “Small Bites of Knowledge,” a theme surrounding a potluck dinner that brings various “dishes” for us to share with everyone. A semester later, we had the gracious opportunity to present this work during our school’s “Research Days 2019”. We represented the English and Writing, M.A. Program but also ourselves as researchers, not just students.
